РОЗВИТОК ЦИРКУЛЯРНОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ В ЄС: ТРЕНДИ, ВИКЛИКИ І ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ

Статтю присвячено аналізу сучасного стану та перспектив розвитку циркулярної економіки в Європейському Союзі (далі – ЄС). Особливу увагу зосереджено на вивченні процесу формування та впровадження циркулярної економіки в контексті «зеленої» трансформації європейської економіки. Розглянуто основні етапи становлення цієї моделі в країнах ЄС, а також основні інструменти, механізми та регуляторні засоби, що застосовувалися для її реалізації. Акцентовано увагу на досягненнях ЄС у цій сфері та на окресленні подальших напрямів розвитку циркулярної економіки. Проаналізовано, який досвід держав-членів ЄС може бути корисним для України в умовах євроінтеграції, зокрема щодо адаптації до екологічних стандартів ЄС і впровадження циркулярних практик в національну економіку. Виокремлено основні виклики, що постають перед країнами ЄС, зокрема законодавчі, фінансові й технологічні перешкоди. Обґрунтовано необхідність застосування комплексного підходу до реалізації циркулярної економіки та запропоновано авторські рекомендації щодо подолання наявних труднощів.
