ЦИФРОВА ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ ЯК ЧИННИК РОЗВИТКУ КОНТРОЛІНГУ ІННОВАЦІЙ НА ПІДПРИЄМСТВІ

У статті досліджено особливості взаємозв'язку цифрових трансформацій та контролінгу інновацій на рівні підприємства. Систематизовано теоретичні підходи до визначення цифрової трансформації та контролінгу інновацій як самостійних концептів. Виявлено і обґрунтовано циклічну взаємозалежність у забезпечені ефективностей контролінгу та цифрових трансформацій. Розкрито ключові ризики, пов'язані з асиметрією в темпах цифровізації та модернізації контролінгу. Запропоновано концептуальну модель циклічного взаємозв'язку цифрових трансформацій та контролінгу на стратегічному, операційному та організаційному рівнях та визначено відповідні напрями його адаптації.Результати дослідження формують теоретичне підґрунтя для подальших емпіричних оцінок рівня взаємозалежності між станом цифрових трансформацій підприємств та ефективністю їхніх систем контролінгу.
