ІНСТИТУЦІЙНІ ДЕТЕРМІНАНТИ МІГРАЦІЙНИХ НАМІРІВ: СИСТЕМАТИЗАЦІЯ ПІДХОДІВ ТА МЕЖІ ЇХ ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ

У статті систематизовано сучасні підходи до аналізу інституційних детермінант міграційних намірів та визначено межі їх застосування в умовах збройного конфлікту. Показано, що класичні економіко-центричні моделі не пояснюють тієї частини міграційних рішень, яка зумовлена якістю врядування, корупцією та інституційною довірою. Запропоновано авторську трирівневу класифікацію інституційних детермінант, що розрізняє макро-інституційний, організаційний рівні та рівень сприйняття, й обґрунтовано критерії їх розмежування. На матеріалах досліджень 2016-2026 років виявлено двоїстість інституційного каналу: сприйняття корупції стримує повернення мігрантів, тоді як воєнне зростання довіри до держави посилює наміри повернутися. Визначено прогалини в літературі та сформульовано дослідницькі питання для подальших емпіричних досліджень.
