ФУНКЦІЇ ТА РОЛЬ ІНСТИТУЦІОНАЛЬНОГО СЕРЕДОВИЩА В ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННІ ЦІЛЕЙ РОЗВИТКУ СУСПІЛЬСТВА

В статті аналізуються основні підходи щодо визначення функцій інституціонального середовища. Встановлено, що, хоча в сучасній науковій літературі функції та роль інституціонального середовища як на макро-, так і на мікрорівні розглянута досить докладно, вказане питання остаточно не закрито, а перелік функцій інституціонального середовища не вичерпано. Доведено необхідність розширення переліку вказаних функцій на основі авторського визначення сутності інституціонального середовища та виходячи з авторської позиції щодо його структури. Доповнення переліку функцій інституціонального середовища пропонується за рахунок таких функцій, як: природоохоронна, інноваційна, функція демократизації суспільства, контрольна, функція справедливості та безпеки, функція розв’язання конфліктів, функція віддзеркалення культури й моральності суспільства, трансформаційна, функція збереження культури, функція забезпечення рівності та справедливості, функція соціального вирівнювання, а також функція соціальних зв’язків та інклюзивності.
