СТРАТЕГІЧНІ НАПРЯМИ ВДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ МІЖНАРОДНОГО АГРОТРЕЙДИНГУ

У статті досліджено сучасні тенденції та стратегічні напрями вдосконалення міжнародного агротрейдингу в умовах глобальних трансформацій. Встановлено, що динамічне зростання обсягів міжнародної торгівлі аграрною продукцією супроводжується структурними змінами, зокрема підвищенням ролі країн, що розвиваються, та зростанням сегмента продукції з високою доданою вартістю. Проаналізовано наукові підходи до оцінки ефективності міжнародного агротрейдингу та визначено ключові фактори, що впливають на конкурентоспроможність агропродовольчих компаній на зовнішніх ринках. Обґрунтовано, що інтернаціоналізація діяльності аграрних підприємств, попри потенційні переваги, пов’язана з підвищеними ризиками, зростанням витрат і ускладненням управлінських процесів. У результаті дослідження запропоновано стратегічну архітектуру міжнародного агротрейдингу та виокремлено чотири ключові напрями його вдосконалення. Доведено, що реалізація запропонованих стратегічних напрямів потребує комплексного підходу, який включає розвиток цифрової інфраструктури, удосконалення нормативно-правової бази, інвестиції в логістику та формування ефективних механізмів управління ризиками. Наголошено на необхідності трансформації структури аграрного експорту України у напрямі збільшення частки продукції з високою доданою вартістю.
