Aims and Objectives

The aim of the scientific journal is to provide a high-quality platform for the publication of peer-reviewed original scientific research by Ukrainian and foreign authors, aimed at deepening theoretical foundations and solving applied problems regarding the functioning and development of economic systems, public finance, business, and management in the context of global transformations. The journal focuses on shaping a scientific discourse that combines analytical depth, methodological soundness, and the practical relevance of the obtained results.

The main objectives of the scientific journal are:
Methodological – developing modern economic research methodology by supporting scientific papers based on clearly defined theoretical approaches, utilizing modern quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, ensuring the reproducibility of results, substantiating scientific novelty, and adhering to international standards of research ethics and academic integrity;
Informational – ensuring the open, systematic, and wide dissemination of scientific research results within the national and international scientific space, promoting the integration of Ukrainian economic science into global scientific communications, and enhancing the visibility of research outcomes through adherence to the principles of open science and digital accessibility;
Communicative – fostering an inclusive scientific environment that unites researchers from various scientific schools, countries, and disciplines; ensuring expert peer review as a tool for improving the quality of scientific publications; supporting the validation and dissemination of dissertation research results; developing interdisciplinary dialogue; and implementing best international practices in publishing ethics, transparent editorial processes, and open access policies;
Socio-economic – creating an accessible and non-discriminatory environment for scientific publishing by minimising financial barriers for authors; ensuring equal opportunities for researchers from different institutions and countries; and supporting young scientists, particularly PhD candidates (third level of higher education), through the implementation of a policy of free submission, peer review, and publication of their scientific papers, provided they meet quality criteria.
