IMPROVEMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESSES OF DOMESTIC ENTERPRISES TO ENSURE THEIR INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT POTENTIAL

In the conditions of growing moral and physical wear and tear of fixed assets, constant growth of competition, shortage of investment resources, the problem of the need to improve the innovation and investment activity of enterprises arises, one of the ways of which is the renewal of their business processes. The purpose of the article is to determine directions for improving the business processes of domestic enterprises to ensure their innovation and investment potential. The subject of the study is the business processes of domestic enterprises, which ensure their innovation and investment potential. Research methods: logical analysis, comparative analysis, generalization, systematization. Results. The types of business processes and classification features distinguished by scientists were analyzed. It is proposed to expand the classification of business processes of enterprises by distinguishing the features "By the level of technology" and "By the specifics of the types of activities", which is aimed at improving the theoretical foundations of their innovation and investment activities and can be used as a basis for determining directions for business improvement as a whole. Conclusion. It is proposed to distinguish according to the attribute "By the level of technology": business processes with the use of digital technologies and business processes without the use of digital technologies. According to the sign "By the specifics of the types of activity", it is proposed to distinguish: business processes regarding the innovative activity of the enterprise; business processes regarding the enterprise's investment activities; other business processes (regarding environmental and other types of enterprise activity). Such a division is necessary for understanding the degree of modernity of the organization of business activities and, on the other hand, determining the needs (directions) of business renewal as a whole and in individual links of production and sales activities in particular.
