This article provides a detailed review of SWOT analysis as an effective tool for assessing and analyzing the level of digital transformation in industrial enterprises. SWOT analysis, based on the identification of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, is an important tool for a deep understanding of internal and external factors that affect the digital transformation process. Strengths allow you to identify those aspects of digital transformation that have already been successfully implemented and lead to positive results. On the other hand, identifying weaknesses helps identify areas that need improvement and correction. The author noted that the SWOT analysis will help the management of industrial enterprises to determine the optimal strategies for the implementation of digital solutions, taking into account their internal capabilities and limitations, as well as external factors. Conclusion. The author proposed to consider the author's vision of the matrix of digital solutions in the strategies of industrial enterprises that claim to be transformed. The proposed evaluation matrix of digital solutions for industrial enterprises provides a vision of known digital solutions and their derivatives, which is laid out under the prism of enterprise growth strategy and cost reduction strategy, taking into account advantages, disadvantages and future opportunities for industrial enterprises.
