PREPARATION OF INTERNAL INFORMATION FOR THE ANALYSIS AND MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION STOCK IN THE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract

The article examines the levels and elements of the inventory management system. Introduction. The significant destruction of the national economy, caused by armed aggression on the territory of Ukraine, causes significant disruptions in logistics and compliance with the terms of providing construction industry enterprises with stocks, and therefore, problems of managing the optimal size of material construction resources. The purpose of the article is to develop measures to optimize the construction inventory management system of enterprises. Methods. When conducting the research, the authors used a number of methods aimed at in-depth analysis and optimization of inventory management processes in the construction industry, namely, analysis of existing inventory management models, analysis of financial indicators and budgeting, statistical modeling and data analysis, stochastic modeling. Results. The article examines the important aspects of preparing internal information for effective analysis and management of construction stocks in the context of the financial management system, and also considers methods of increasing the efficiency of the use of construction stocks through the optimization of management processes. The authors investigated the difference between models of inventory management systems, which consists in their approaches and methods of resource optimization. Traditional models are based on preset inventory levels, which can lead to underestimation or overestimation of actual needs. New approaches, such as demand volatility models and the use of data-driven forecasting, aim to ensure accuracy and flexibility in inventory management. Conclusion. In order to improve the efficiency of construction inventory management, it is recommended to implement systematic inventory monitoring and use advanced technologies for accurate forecasting of needs. Optimizing supply processes, analyzing demand and implementing automated inventory management systems can also significantly improve the efficiency of resource management, ensuring an optimal balance between costs and the availability of required materials for construction projects.
