INFLUENCE OF MACROENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS ON THE MANAGEMENT MODEL OF RESOURCE PROCESSES OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Introduction. Enterprises of any spheres, industries, types and sizes do not exist in isolation, but are influenced by various factors. Awareness, analysis and evaluation for the purpose of making further management decisions is the task of the management of any enterprise, which indicates the relevance of the research topic. This process requires a significant array of data for making management decisions, which emphasizes the importance of information to ensure the development of the enterprise. The development of the enterprise is the goal of activity and acts as a separate object of management. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to generalize and systematize the factors influencing the macro-environment on the activity of industrial enterprises in Ukraine during the war. Methods. In the research process, general and special methods were used, in particular: analysis and synthesis to determine the meaningful environment of the enterprise's functioning and groups of factors from which it is formed, as well as methods of induction and deduction to clarify the influence of these factors. By the method of system analysis, the interdependencies between the factors of the external environment and the enterprise management system were established, and the sequence of the external environment analysis scheme was built. Results. Based on the analysis of the dependence between the operating environment and the enterprise management system, a diagram of the relationship between the influencing factors and the management of material and information resources at the enterprise has been developed. The content of the main groups of factors that stand out in the enterprise's macro environment has been specified, and attention has been focused on the synergy of their influence. This made it possible to systematize the factors that manifested themselves most in the conditions of the war and to offer a systematized list of them by individual groups. Conclusion. The obtained results can be used to improve the management of industrial enterprises by quantitatively evaluating the impact of isolated factors, making management decisions aimed at managing the risks caused by them. This will minimize losses and improve resource management of industrial enterprises during the war and post-war reconstruction.
