Abstract

Introduction. Digital ecosystems have emerged as a critical paradigm for understanding and analyzing the complex interactions between technological platforms, users, and data in our increasingly connected world. These ecosystems, which encompass a diverse array of interconnected digital entities and processes, mirror biological ecosystems in their dynamics of competition, cooperation, and coevolution. The purpose of this article is to systematically summarize scientific approaches to digital ecosystems. Methods. In the process of writing this article, the following methods were used: theoretical generalization - to identify the general features of the digital ecosystem concept; monographic and systemic analysis - to substantiate the features and components of digital ecosystems; abstract and logical reasoning - to develop a model of an enterprise’s digital ecosystem; graphical representation - to visualize the results of the study. Results. The article establishes that a digital ecosystem is an innovative form of interaction among two or more business entities in the virtual space, aimed at achieving their strategic goals and forming long-term sustainable competitive advantages. A model of the enterprise's digital ecosystem is developed, which presents an integrated concept of strategic digitalization of business processes, encompassing a complex reconfiguration of business architecture in the digital space. The strategic vectors of the enterprise's integration into the digital ecosystem are determined, and the priority directions for its functioning in the digital environment are outlined. Conclusion. It is substantiated that digital ecosystems based on convergent technologies form a strong economic foundation, demonstrating high resilience to sudden shocks and the ability to effectively adapt to various forms of economic turbulence and volatility. It is summarized that digital ecosystems provide an optimal balance between local control and global opportunities, allowing enterprises to effectively adapt to dynamic market conditions, accelerate innovation processes, and significantly increase the efficiency of resource use.
