AGENDA OF THE CONCEPT OF INVESTMENT CLIMATE MANAGEMENT IN THE ECONOMY OF UKRAINE: PRACTICAL RECOMMENDATIONS

Introduction. Economic shocks in Ukraine, which are a consequence of active hostilities on its territory, have created the need to introduce innovative structural shifts in the economic system. The corresponding trend not only complicates a comprehensive understanding of the situation in the state economy, but also significantly reduces the level of investment attractiveness of the national economic system, reducing the overall assessment of the investment climate of the national economic system. In today’s difficult economic conditions, it is necessary to form a modern innovative concept of investment climate management in the economy of Ukraine. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to study the modern concept of investment climate management in the economy of Ukraine. Methods. The article uses methods of analysis of scientific literature on the topic under study, methods of graphical analysis of scientific research materials. Results. The instability of the economic environment in Ukraine and the unpredictability of the development of its economic and energy sectors can be productively taken into account when analyzing precisely multidirectional phenomena and processes in the available options for their global or regional manifestation. After all, they have global significance and are a catalyst for structural and institutional transformations. The issue of macroeconomic stability policy of a modern state, including Ukraine, which is in a state of active hostilities on the territory of the state, is a clearly defined course of economic research. At the same time, the high adaptability and dynamics of the system of strategic management of economic systems of states in the world stimulate the continuous updating of the basic provisions of the theory of economic growth. Therefore, the issue of conducting a comprehensive study of the concept of investment climate management in the economy of Ukraine is of priority importance. Conclusion. The article analyzes the levels of investment climate management in the national economy, presents a modern scheme of the relationship between the levels of investment climate in the economy of Ukraine in the hierarchy «state – economic sector (region) – enterprise», analyzes the tree of goals of the concept of investment climate management in the national economy in conditions of a full-scale military invasion of the territory of the state.
