ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISES DURING WAR

Introduction. War causes significant challenges for enterprises operating in conditions of economic destabilization, destruction of infrastructure, and disruption of logistics and production processes. Businesses face increased financial risks, lack of resources, reduced demand and the need to quickly adapt to changes in the legal environment. Uncertainty and the threat of physical destruction of assets reinforce the need to implement anti-crisis approaches to risk management. The problem lies in the lack of ready-made strategies and mechanisms that allow enterprises to effectively respond to crises of a military nature. Traditional models of risk management are not effective enough in such extreme conditions. There is a need to develop new approaches to risk management that take into account the specifics of the military period, adaptation of business processes, diversification of resources and ensuring business continuity. The crisis at the enterprise, which was formed due to military actions, is not of a traditional nature, it is not similar to the crises that the enterprise may face often. The enterprise cannot influence this factor - war. The war as a crisis in the enterprise carries not only financial losses, but also a threat to the lives of employees and physical assets. Purpose of this article to investigate the theoretical, methodological and practical principles of anti-crisis management of the enterprise in the conditions of war were used during the writing of the article general scientific methods: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction and abstraction. Results. Anti-crisis risk management in wartime requires the use of complex methods that allow you to quickly adapt to a changing environment and maintain business activity. The main methods are divided into strategic, operational and financial. Conclusion. To increase the stability of enterprises, it is recommended to implement a system of operational risk monitoring and develop rapid response mechanisms. It is important to bring in experts to advise on risk management issues and establish partnerships with other businesses to share experiences and resources. Thus, anti-crisis risk management becomes the basis of the stability of enterprises during the war and allows them to maintain competitiveness even in the most difficult conditions.
