CLASSIFICATION ARCHITECTURE AND SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF ENTERPRISES

Introduction. The article considers the main factors influencing the development of digitalization. The collection of enterprises that purchase cloud computing services is analyzed. It is noted that the share of enterprises purchasing cloud computing services is growing every year. Purpose. If in 2018 this figure was 9.8%, then in 2024 it will be 13.7%. Methods. This indicates a positive dynamic in the development of digital transformation of business entities, which consists in a systematic increase in the implementation of cloud computing, which is expressed through the implementation of CRM and ERP software; office software; e-mail functionality; hosting of the company's database(s); file storage; accounting and finance application software; computing power to run the software used by the company; security software (antivirus software, network access control, etc.); a computing platform that provides a hosted environment for developing, testing, or deploying applications. Results. Effective use of cloud computing in an enterprise contributes to operational efficiency, scalability, competitiveness, reduced capital expenditures, innovation, investment attraction, and rapid response to the latest market changes. It is highlighted that the implementation of digital transformation in enterprises is possible through the use of ERP and CRM software, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, integration of digital technologies, optimization and automation of operational processes, formation of new competencies. All this affects the factors of digitalization, which are digital and non-digital. The factors for implementing digital transformation of enterprises act as an indicator of strategic necessity, while the classification architecture of digitalization is a tool for choosing tactical tools. At the same time, the combination of digitalization elements and the influence of various factors on them makes it possible to form a comprehensive strategy for implementing digital transformation of an entrepreneurial entity. Conclusion. The factors for implementing digital transformation of enterprises are identified and a classification architecture of digital transformation of enterprises is proposed.
