Publication conditions
The publication accepts articles by Doctors of Sciences, Candidates of Sciences, young scientists (postgraduates, applicants), as well as other persons with higher education and engaged in scientific activities. The authors submit articles that are exclusively their own original research in compliance with the rules of citation and references. Submission of deliberately false information or plagiarism is unacceptable and unethical. In addition, only articles that have not been previously published in other journals are accepted for publication.
To publish an article in the journal № 8 / 2025, the following actions must be taken by January 31, 2025:
1. Fill in the author's information (link).
2. Send the article, prepared in accordance with the specified requirements, to the email address aval@helvetica.ua
Attention! In the subject line of the email, please indicate the journal code 8273.
3. Send an electronic receipt of payment of the cost of publishing a scientific article. Payment for publication is made after the article is reviewed.
The digital edition of the journal will be published on the website by March 21, 2025.
The printed version of the journal will be sent to the authors of articles who order a printed copy by April 4, 2025.
Language: articles are accepted in Ukrainian or English.
The article should have the following structure:
- UDC index;
- JEL Classification Code;
- the author(s)' last name and initials (in Ukrainian);
- academic degree, academic title, occupation, place of work or study (in Ukrainian);
- ORCID and/or Reseacher ID;
- full name of the author(s), place of work or study (in English);
- title of the article (in Ukrainian and English);
- abstracts and keywords (in Ukrainian and English);
- the text of the article;
- "Список використаних джерел" and "References".
The text of a scientific article should contain the following mandatory elements:
1. Problem statement and its relevance.
2. Analyse the latest research and publications relied upon by the author that address this problem and approaches to its solution. At the same time, highlight the unresolved parts of the general problem that is studied in the article.
3. Purpose of the article.
4. Presentation of the main research material.
5. Conclusions.
"Список використаних джерел" should be listed in alphabetical order (prepared in accordance with the international standard DSTU 8302:2015 "Information and Documentation. Bibliographic reference. General requirements and rules of compilation"). Referencing sources from the "References" list should be done in the Roman alphabet in APA Style Reference Citations.

Referencing sources should be done in the text in square brackets, indicating the page numbers of the source: for example, [3, p. 234] or [2, p. 35; 8, p. 234].
The article should contain abstracts and keywords in Ukrainian and English. The length of the abstract in Ukrainian should be 700-800 characters without spaces. The length of the abstract in English should be at least 1800 characters without spaces. The abstract in English should contain the following structural elements: formulation of the problem – Introduction; purpose of the article – Purpose; research methods – Methodology; main results of the study – Results; conclusions and specific proposals of the author – Conclusion. The abstract needs to be original (do not copy the abridged Ukrainian-language abstract). The English translation of the abstract must be authentic (not machine translation). The number of keywords/phrases should be at least 5 positions. If there are any problems with the reliability of the translation, the editorial board can help to resolve them.
The text of the abstract should be concise, clear, free from secondary information, and give a clear and objective idea of the main essence of the article. It should not contain results that are not presented and substantiated in the main text of the article. The abstract should not contain abbreviations and citations.
Technical requirements: article length – from 8 to 20 pages, A4 format (297 x 210), margins: 25 mm on the left, 20 mm on the right, top and bottom, typed in Microsoft Word. The entire text of the article, references, abstracts, etc. should be in Times New Roman font, size – 14 pt, line spacing – 1.50.
If the article contains tables, formulas and/or illustrations, they should be compact, have a title, text font – Times New Roman, size – 12 pt. The size of tables and illustrations should not exceed the width of the page. Mathematical formulas should be carefully checked and clearly displayed.
Formulas should be typed using the formula editor (internal formula editor in Microsoft Word for Windows). The number of tables, formulas and illustrations should be minimal and appropriate. Figures and tables on landscape pages are not accepted.
The source of the information must be cited, and the author's ownership must be indicated (own development, compiled by the author based on the material ..., based on the results of the author's calculations). When adding graphic material to the text, please remember that the text block of the journal is black and white.
The Editorial Board does not consider materials that deviate from these requirements. The final decision on publication is made by the Editorial Board, which also reserves the right to additional review, edit and reject articles.
