ПРАВОВИЙ СТАТУС ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОЇ КОМІСІЇ ПРОТИ РАСИЗМУ ТА НЕТЕРПИМОСТІ

Висвітлено правовий статус Європейської комісії проти расизму і нетерпимості, незалежного органу, метою якого є виявлення, попередження випадків нетолерантного ставлення та дискримінації за ознакою кольору шкіри, мови, релігії, громадянств, нагляд за дотриманням прав людини, стеження за расистськими настроями і расовою дискримінацією у державах-членах Ради Європи. Проаналізовано повноваження ЄКРН та природу актів, що ухвалює Комісія.
