ПОПУЛІЗМ У ПУБЛІЧНОМУ УПРАВЛІННІ

У статті розглядається популізм у публічному управлінні, який останні роки набуває все більшої актуальності у всіх сферах, та набуває все більшого значення на світовому рівні. Досліджується теоретичний та практичний феномен популізму в контексті публічного управління та його вплив. Проаналізовано сучасні підходи до розуміння популізму як політичної стратегії, а також розкрито його вплив на прийняття управлінських рішень, функціонування державних інституцій та демократичні процеси. У цій статті окремо приділяється увага особливостям прояву популізму в українському політичному середовищі, зокрема його впливу на ефективність управління та суспільну довіру до влади у різних верств населення, також розглянуті приклади світової політики. У результаті дослідження запропоновано низку практичних рекомендацій для мінімізації негативного впливу популістських підходів на систему публічного управління.
