Abstract

Introduction. During a full-scale war, in order to achieve success, remain competitive and maintain stable market positions, enterprises must systematically evaluate their financial condition and implement innovative measures for improving it. Therefore, the search for innovative tools that will strengthen the financial position of the enterprise is becoming increasingly important. The main purpose of this article is to define and analyze innovative tools aimed at strengthening the financial condition of an enterprise and determine their impact on ensuring the financial stability of a company in dynamic market environment. The article employs methods of analysis, synthesis, statistics, induction and deduction to determine the importance of indicators of an enterprise's financial condition and identify factors influencing the impact of innovative tools on strengthening the results of an enterprise's financial condition. Results. It is argued that in order to improve the financial condition of an enterprise, it is essential to apply such innovative tools as: Fintech; CRM systems; Big Data analytics; ERP systems; outsourcing; artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML); business intelligence (BI); Robotic Process Automation (RPA); It is determined that the implementation of these innovative tools will have an impact on the enterprise by saving time on routine tasks, increasing trust and the image of the enterprise among all stakeholders, increasing profitability, optimising costs, contribute to increasing profitability, minimizing risks, and strengthen information security. It was found that the use of innovative tools will ensure the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market and its ability to quickly respond to changes in the external environment. At the same time, the strategic value of innovative tools lies not only in increasing short-term financial indicators, but also in shaping the long-term sustainability of the business. Conclusion. The study concludes that innovation tools are an essential aspect of ensuring sustainability and competitiveness of enterprises. Innovative tools help enterprise diversify financial flows, integrate into global economic processes, and develop partner ecosystems. Innovations are a key mechanism for strengthening the financial condition of an enterprise, ensuring its ability not only to adapt to changes, but also to actively shape new market opportunities.
