REFORMING THE INSTITUTE OF INDICTABLE OFFENCE IN UKRAINE ON A BASIS OF EXPERIENCE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

The article is devoted to the study of experience of the United States in reforming the institute of indictable off ence, the comparison of systems state bodies in indictable off ence in the United States of America and Ukraine, and the development of the necessary directions for improving indictable off ence in Ukraine. It has been established that the greatest attention in the study of this institution should be given to the public prosecutor’s offi ce and police as the main subjects of indictable off ence. The development of a system of measures, thataimed at the development of institute of indictable off ence has been recognized not only with good prospects, but also as a necessary direction for the development of science and practice in modern conditions.
