ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL BASES OF CONTROL IN THE FIELD OF SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP

The article is devoted to the coverage of a number of problems related to the formation of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine, its legal regulation and the implementation of control in the field of social entrepreneurship. It is noted іn modern conditions, social entrepreneurship is gaining popularity due to the fact that it helps to meet the socio-economic needs of the population. It is investigated that the concept of “social enterprise” is not officially incorporated in the legal and regulatory framework of Ukraine, therefore the activities of social entrepreneurship subjects are regulated by the legislation concerning enterprises or organizations according to the organizational forms of the legal entity for which they are registered. The author focuses on the peculiarities of exercising control in the field of social entrepreneurship in order to ensure unimpeded access of small-scale population groups to social infrastructure objects.
