REFORMATION OF CUSTOMS POLICY AND SECURITY IN UKRAINE IN THE CONDITIONS OF EURO INTEGRATION

The article defines the place of customs policy in the state policy of national security, considers the reformation of customs policy and customs security to the requirements of the European Union at the present stage, identifies the aspects of effective implementation and fulfillment of Ukraine’s obligations to the EU in the field of customs policy and analyzes the adaptation of the national customs legislation to EU standards.
