SOME ISSUES OF CRIMINAL FAMILIARIZE PARTICIPANTS WITH THE MATERIAL PRE-TRIAL INVESTIGATION UNTIL ITS COMPLETION

The article is devoted to the investigation of procedural peculiarities of the procedure of familiarizing the participants of the criminal process with the materials of the pre-trial investigation until its completion. The problems of the process of familiarizing the participants with the materials of the proceedings and the shortcomings of the legal regulation of the investigated institute are considered. The legislative changes concerning the procedure for providing access to the materials of criminal proceedings are proposed.
