Publication conditions
The journal accepts articles by Doctors of Sciences, Candidates of Sciences, young scientists (postgraduates, applicants), as well as other persons with higher education and engaged in scientific activities. The authors submit articles that are exclusively their own original research in compliance with the rules of citation and references. Submission of deliberately false information or plagiarism is unacceptable and unethical. In addition, only articles that have not been previously published in other journals are accepted for publication.
To publish an article in journal «International law herald: actual problems of the present (theory and practice)» № 17 required no later than September 26, 2023:
- Fill in the author information;
- To the email address law@dpu.kyiv.ua to send:
- article issued in accordance with the specified requirements;
- copy of the receipt for the payment of the publication fee (after receiving a positive review of the article).
Prohibition of the use of scientific works of the occupying country
Citation in the text and inclusion in bibliographic lists of those sources published in russian in any country, as well as sources in other languages, if they were published on the territory of russia and belarus, are prohibited.
Cost of publication
After receiving confirmation from the editorial board that the article has been accepted for publication, details for payment of the publication fee are provided. The cost of publication is 800 UAH (for 12 pages). Each additional page is paid separately in the amount of 40 UAH.
The publication fee covers costs associated with proofreading and editing of articles, layout of the journal and placement of its electronic version. The electronic version of the journal is timely placed in public access on the publication's website.
If desired, the author of the article can order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is 800 UAH, which must be paid in addition to the publication fee.
Journal electronic version will be available on the website on November 30, 2023.
Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it before December 30, 2023.
