CONCEPTAL ASPECTS OF THE BANK'S FINANCIAL SECURITY

The purpose of the article is to study the category of financial security of the bank and its relationship with the economic security of the country. The article defines the key aspects of the bank's financial security, its principles and influencing factors. Research methods The research is based on the general-scientific dialectical method of cognition, with the help of which all processes and phenomena occurring in the bank and the banking system are considered and analyzed in relation to external and internal factors affecting its financial security. Methods were used: synthesis, generalization, comparison. Results. The article examines the concept of bank financial security and identifies its key characteristics. Threats to the bank are organized, endogenous and exogenous factors affecting the environment of the bank's functioning are defined. The author gave his own definition of the bank's financial security as the basis of the country's economic security, defined the principles according to which the bank should carry out its activities, and described the system of integrated diagnostics of banking risks, on the basis of which the bank should manage its risks. The legislative acts that determine the latest determinants for the formation of the financial security strategy of banks are considered, namely: the Strategy of Economic Security of Ukraine for the period until 2025, the Strategy for Ensuring State Security, the Strategy for the Development of the Financial Sector of Ukraine until 2025, the Strategy for the Development of Fintech in Ukraine until 2025. Transformational processes in banking activities pose new problems and challenges to these financial institutions. Financial stability and risk management in banks, according to the author, are actively expanding to the concept of financial security of the bank, to which the article is dedicated. The need to study this definition in accordance with modern realities will naturally lead to the further development of the theory of bank financial security. In addition, active involvement in the banking activity of various financial organizations and the service sector will logically lead to the development of the theory of financial security of the bank to the theory of financial security of the bank ecosystem, which will correspond to changes in the banking sector.
