PROSPECTS FOR IMPROVING PUBLIC MANAGEMENT IN THE PROCESSES OF FORMING A FREE TRADE AREA BETWEEN UKRAINE AND THE EU

The purpose of the study is to analyze existing approaches to public management of the formation of a free trade zone between Ukraine and the EU, as well as to determine promising ways of their improvement to ensure maximum benefit for both parties. Research methods. To achieve the goal of the research, a comprehensive approach was used, which includes several methods: abstract-logical (study of legal acts, agreements and international standards regulating the free trade zone between Ukraine and the EU, which allowed to determine the main principles and mechanisms of public management); method of system analysis (assessment of existing management mechanisms, including their advantages and disadvantages, in order to identify the main problems in the processes of implementation of free trade zones); comparison (study of the international experience of countries that have successfully implemented free trade zones, to identify best practices and their adaptation to Ukrainian conditions). These methods provide a comprehensive study that allows you to objectively assess the current state of public administration in the context of the free trade zone between Ukraine and the EU and develop practical recommendations for its improvement. Finding. The free trade zone between Ukraine and the European Union creates unique opportunities for economic development, integration and increasing the competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy. The article examines public management mechanisms that ensure the efficiency and stability of trade relations within the framework of the implementation of the free trade zone between Ukraine and the EU. The international experience of managing free trade zones was analyzed in the direction of obtaining valuable lessons for Ukraine. The problems that exist today in the researched area are defined. It was concluded that in order to achieve success in this field, Ukraine needs to actively work on improving the legal framework, increasing the level of coordination between state bodies and involving business in decision-making processes. The value of the study lies in the justification of proposals based on the implementation of strategies to improve public administration in the context of the free trade zone between Ukraine and the EU, which will contribute to the improvement of trade relations and the integration of Ukraine into the European economy.
