Aims and Objectives

The purpose of the professional scientific electronic publication "Collection of Scientific Papers of the State Tax University" is to publish peer-reviewed scientific articles containing the original results of fundamental and applied research in the following specialties:

D1 Accounting and Taxation
D2 Finance, Banking, Insurance, and Stock Market
D3 Management
D7 Trade

The scope of the journal covers theoretical, methodological, and applied aspects of the development of economic systems, state and local finances, tax and customs policy, financial security, entrepreneurship, public management and administration, digitalization of the economy, institutional reforms, European integration, and the post-war recovery of Ukraine.

The profile of the publication corresponds to the cluster "Economic Transformations, Business and Administration" in accordance with the current regulatory requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine regarding the formation of the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine.

Types of publications: scientific research articles, review articles, analytical materials, scientific reports, book reviews, discussion materials, information on scientific events, and corrections or clarifications to published materials.

Objectives of the journal
In accordance with the stated purpose, the objectives of the professional scientific electronic publication "Collection of Scientific Papers of the State Tax University" are to:

1. Develop national scientific potential in the fields of economics, finance, accounting, taxation, and management.
2. Ensure professional scientific communication among scientists, educators, representatives of public authorities, and the business sector.
3. Popularise the results of fundamental and applied research in the fields of public finance, as well as tax and customs policy.
4. Provide scientific support for the reform of the financial system and public administration in accordance with European Union standards.
5. Integrate Ukrainian economic science into the global scientific space.
6. Disseminate innovative approaches to the management of financial resources, economic processes, and entrepreneurial activities.
7. Develop interdisciplinary research at the intersection of economics, law, management, and information technology.
8. Facilitate the exchange of experience between scholars and practitioners in the field of financial and economic policy.
9. Support research aimed at ensuring the financial stability, sustainable development, and economic growth of Ukraine.
10. Formulate scientifically sound recommendations for managerial decision-making at the state, regional, and local levels.
