THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF EMPLOYEES ENGAGEMENT IN THE ORGANIZATION

The article reflects the main theoretical aspects concerning the process of employees' team involvement in the organization. Approaches to the definition of the term "involvement" in the works of world scientists are described. The main factors of personnel involvement are analyzed, as well as the key model of employee involvement factors in the organization is described. Involvement is identified as one of the critical indicators of effective personnel management in current business conditions.
